1 General Terms

7beet (https://7beet.net) is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and South Asia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 7beet and each registered member.

By creating an account on 7beet, logging in, or using any service, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 7beet.

2 Account Register

To register on 7beet, you must provide accurate and complete information. 7beet reserves the right to cancel accounts at any time if registered with false information.

One person may only operate one 7beet account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID Card)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of Birth (must be 18 or older)
• Valid password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers)

Account security is entirely the member's responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone and do not allow anyone else to use your account. Immediately notify 7beet support about any unauthorized access.

3 Age Verification & KYC

7beet strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from opening an account or playing games. 7beet may request identification at any time to verify the age provided during registration.

Before withdrawal or when depositing above certain limits, 7beet may verify your identity. This process may require any of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back photos
• Main page of passport
• Driving License
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (for address verification)

7beet may suspend the withdrawal process until KYC verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mobile banking, bank transfer, and approved e-wallets can be used to deposit on 7beet. Minimum deposit amounts and methods may change from time to time — check the deposit page for up-to-date information.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Keep a screenshot of every deposit you make.
• 7beet does not charge any payment processing fees, but your bank or mobile banking service may apply charges.

Funds deposited are for gaming purposes only. 7beet never shares your payment information with third parties without your explicit request.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from 7beet, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: determined according to the applicable payment method.
• Withdrawal can only be made using the method used for deposit (for the first time).
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirement.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held if KYC verification is not completed.
• 7beet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

While withdrawal is being processed, the balance will show as withdrawal-pending. You will receive an email or SMS notification when the withdrawal is complete.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7beet offers various types of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before acceptance.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. After activating a bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement before withdrawing. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x and your bonus is BDT 1,000, you must wager BDT 30,000 before making a withdrawal.

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times is prohibited.
• Bonuses apply to one account only — multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

• 7beet reserves the right to cancel or modify bonuses at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on 7beet are provided by world-class providers and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that every game outcome is completely impartial and random.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed — exceptions may apply in certain cases before an event begins.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, 7beet will refund the full stake amount.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly and bets are placed at those odds, 7beet reserves the right to make corrections.

• If internet connection is interrupted, game results remain stored on the server.

8 Prohibited Conduct

All members on 7beet must play honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

• Collusion: Multiple players colluding to gain unfair advantage.
• Software Hacking: Using bots, cracking tools, or any other automation software.
• Using another's account: Logging into or using someone else's account without permission.
• False Information: Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing a chargeback after making a deposit.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

7beet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• In the event of suspicious or unusual transactions
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
• Due to extended inactivity

If you wish to stop using 7beet, you can request account closure through the support team. Withdraw your balance before closure. Claiming balance after account closure may be difficult.
